True or False Questions Related to Issues Involving Computer Sex Crimes1. Only those people who actually solicited a live person on a computer for sex have anything to worry about if contacted by police or charged by the prosecutor. False! A few years ago Kansas passed a new law as part of the Jessica's law package that makes it a serious felony to solicit even a fictitious person.
